Highland Park has the most pricey homes. Then there are the pockets of expensive properties in Frisco.

While Highland Park and Univeristy Park are certainly expensive areas, you will need to check out the list of 100 most expensive homes in Dallas to see how Dallas's super rich live.

You can also use our Listings Page to sort all of the available real estate by price. For example here is a sort for all Dallas homes worth at least $1,000,000.

when it comes to exclusive neighborhoods in dallas, the conversation begins and ends with the park cities; in particular, Highland Park. HP is without peer in Texas when it comes to natural beauty in neighborhood. Preston Hollow is the location of many of the titans of Dallas, but it reminds me of Bel Air in that, you really cant see many of the estates and frankly the neighborhood is not user friendly. My advice, stick with the Park Cities and the Turtle Creek Greenbelt.
