HIGHLAND PARK - The most Prestigious, and expensive mainly because its public schools are very similar to Private Schooling. Lots of "Old-Money". Does not allow Registered Sex-Offenders to work or reside within its city limits, therefore caters most to Families. FRISCO - More affordable housing, New Neighborhoods, Just minutes North of N.Dallas; Great school-district, Family-oriented city
