 | The DPAP program is offered through the City of Fort Worth. The city is providing $25000 to be used as a down payment and $5000 of the money can be used to help with closing cost. The homeowner and the home need to qualify for the program. The program was set up to help move foreclosures in certain zipcodes in Fort Worth. The program is working at moving some of the foreclosed inventory and has made some homeowners very happy.
