A report by the National Association of Realtors reported that 70% of renters interviewed expressed an interest in looking at foreclosed homes with the intention of buying. With more than 30,000 homes in Dallas Fort Worth being posted for foreclosure in the six months to May 2009, there is likely to be plenty of choice for bargain hunters in the near future.
