One of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Texas, University Park (UP) is known for having some of the most beautiful Dallas homes. Simply put, UP is the perfect suburb. It?s located a few miles from the beautiful homes of Highland Park (also part of the "Park Cities") in a spectacular school district, surrounded by more than 30 lakes, and has the lowest crime rate in the entire city.
